Bahagja Park is a private estate of twelve individual luxury villas, located within the beautiful agricultural belt between Kuta and Tanah Lot, just ten minutes’ drive from the beach on Bali’s south western coast.
All of the spacious villas sit discretely within their own private gardens. The common facilities include a small, elegant reception area, two 20 meter swimming pools situated on different levels surrounded by the enchanting central garden with sweet scented frangipani trees and brightly coloured tropical flowers. Both pools are presided over by a ‘bale’ – a traditional Balinese relaxation pavilion inviting you to enjoy a cocktail at sunset or just read and relax.
Bahagja Park also features a gracefully furnished Clubhouse with an adjoining kitchenette for the villa staff to cater small events or serve you breakfast. Two spa pavilions offer a peaceful setting for a massage.
All the villas are single storey and completely self-contained with individual entrances, yet their close proximity to one another means that they are ideal for families who want to be close to each other while still remaining an element of privacy. The style blends modern Balinese architecture with minimalist design, local materials, high quality fixtures and fittings and practical internal and external lighting. Each villa is air-conditioned but you also have the option of opening the sliding glass doors to create a tropical ambiance and allow the cool breeze to permeate.
Fashionable furnishings grace natural solid wood floors under soaring ironwood shingle roofs, colourful local artwork and carved Palimantan stone friezes adorn the interior and exterior walls and create the feeling of tropical living.

Location
The estate is located in Kerobokan in an out of town setting that offers the double attraction of being close to everything that you might need, while also presenting a fascinating insight into the traditions of rural Bali. The trendy Seminyak area with its many restaurants and boutiques is just a 15 minute drive from the villas. Within 10 minutes you reach the beach, renowned for its world-class surf breaks and panoramic coastline views. Bahagja Park lies just off the sunset route, gateway to the mountains and the eastern side of the island. It is a mere 25 minute drive from the airport. Easily accessible sporting amenities include the nearby ‘Canggu Club’ and the ‘Nirwana Golf and Country Club’ situated beside the dramatic, waved-lashed sea temple of Tanah Lot.

There are three one bedroom villas plus two two bedroom villas:
Garden Villa I & Garden Villa II
The luxuriously appointed Garden Villas I & II are ideal for 1 or 2 guests and consist of a fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining and living area, a study overlooking an expanse of gardens, a spacious bedroom with queen-size bed, a walk in dressing area, a large bathroom featuring rainforest shower, a stunning terrace and an elevated dining verandah. Garden Villa II has its own small private pool.
Lotus Villa
One bedroom villa perfect for one or two guests with small pool to refresh.
Temple Villa & Frangipani Villa
The Temple and Terraces Villas are ideal for up to 4 guests and offer the high of luxury with private infinity pools of 9 and 13 meters in length respectively. In addition they each have a separate guest house, comprising of a second bedroom with an en suite bathroom as well as a private terrace, making them have direct views of the beautiful rice fields and include the same features as the Garden and Sunset Villas.
